Refunds

Full refunds will be provided up until you receive shipping confirmation. 

Refunds will not be processed for refused deliveries or address changes that we were not informed of prior to shipping.

Returns

Due to the high cost of shipping framed art, we do not accept automatic returns.

As each piece is unique due to the cutting process, some details may vary from piece to piece, but we have a rigid quality control process and extensive packaging to protect your purchase.

Damages & Issues

As we all know, sh*t happens - so we offer Delivery Experience Protection against damages, loss, and theft. If you have not opted out of this protection, you can file a claim with us here. We do not provide refunds for shipping damage, we will ship you a new product.

Please ensure you take photos of all packaging and product once received. No claims will be reviewed without photos of packaging and product.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

As item is wood, please do not store in an overly humid area as some warping may occur.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the case of multiple failed delivery attempts and a carrier automatically returns to popcuts, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $25.00 USD for North American orders and $50.00 USD for European orders.
