Delivery Experience Protection

As we are an art product, we offer Delivery Experience Protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you opted into this coverage, please file a claim using the button below.

ORDER & SHIPPING INFO

Due to our custom production process and high demand, we only occasionally have in-stock inventory. We use a deposit-based reservation system, that guarantees your spot for the next production run, or you can pay in full.

The estimated delivery is provided at the time of checkout. You are only charged the remainder of your order total at the time of shipping confirmation.

  • Once a deposit is made, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed
  • Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-10 business days. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

Framed art isn't cheap to ship, so we are happy to offer economical shipping options to many locations globally.

DESTINATIONS:

USA & Canada (2-7 days transit) - $15.00 USD

UK & EU (3-10 days transit) - $25.00 USD

Rest of World (2-7 days transit) - $50.00 USD

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. popcuts is not responsible for these charges if applicable. They are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds

As each item is unique and made by our workshop, we work to provide flexibility after your order is made. Full refunds will be provided up until you receive shipping confirmation.

Returns

We do not accept returns. If there are issues with quality control defects or the receiving of an incorrect product, please contact us here.

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with an exchange or refund provided if applicable.

Each product is unique and some details may vary across pieces due to the cutting process. We have a rigid quality control process and extensive packaging to protect your purchase.

Please ensure you take photos of all packaging and product once received. No claims will be reviewed without photos of the packaging and product.
