This holiday season, as a thank you for your support, we are giving away $1000 in 3 draws. There will be 3 winners in total. Winners will be picked in 2 different draws on 2 dates over the holiday season. Each draw has different entry requirements. Contestants can enter both draws.

1. Place an order using this $15 OFF Promotional Code GIVEAWAY (required for us to track winners) between Nov. 22 - Dec. 28 and you will be automatically entered in Draw #2.

2023 Holiday Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to participants aged 18-85, legally residing in US and Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees of popcuts and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• DRAW 1: To enter, participants must:
1. Follow @popcuts on Instagram
2. Find the giveaway post, tag a friend in the comments, and like the post.
3. Email giveaways@getpopcuts.com with the answer to the skill testing question below. Include your social handle in email so we can confirm your completion of requirements 1 & 2.

Only entries that meet these criteria will be considered.

• DRAW 2: To enter, participants must:
1. Place an order using this $15 OFF Promotional Code GIVEAWAY (required for us to track winners) between Nov. 22 - Dec. 28 and you will be automatically entered in Draw #2.
2. Answer a skill testing question to be considered eligible.

Only entries that meet these criteria will be considered.

3. Entry Deadline:

• The giveaway begins on November 23, 2023 and ends on December 27, 2023. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winners for Draw 1 will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The drawing for Draw 1 will take place on December 15, 2023, and the winners will be announced on December 15, 2023  @popcuts on Instagram
• The winner for Draw 2 will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The drawing for Draw 2 will take place on December 28, 2023, and the winner will be announced on December 28, 2023  @popcuts on Instagram

5. Prize:

• The winners for Draw 1 will receive a $250 budget to be used to create an Amazon wishlist to be purchased by popcuts. Winners outside the USA will have the prize in their local currency at an exchange rate determined at the time of the draw. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. Currency will be in the winners country of residence if not the US.
• The winner for Draw 2 will receive a $500 budget to be used to create an Amazon wishlist to be purchased by popcuts. 6. Notification of Winner:

• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and via email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner will be selected.

• By entering the giveaway, participants grant popcuts the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disqualification:

• popcuts reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the terms and conditions.

10. Modifications:

• popcuts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.

11. Release:

• By participating, entrants release popcuts and its affiliates from any liability or claim arising out of the giveaway.

12. Compliance:
